The farming industry is undergoing tremendous constraints brought on by tariffs and other challenges. The specialty finance company had an existing loan platform that was unable to handle the scale and scope of the company’s growth and customer needs.


OVESTO’s fractional CIO created the architecture design of the new agriculture loan origination platform, developed the vision, products, and led the product offshore development. The consultant worked with the customer to calibrate the new platform for sustainability and growth.


The new program generated 176% productivity gain in the creation of loans. It saved $5.5M from inefficiency in the loan process and created incremental net sales of $34M while the overall farming market decreased.
